Our team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team, you'll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Insurance industry credential such as ARM, licensed broker, ARM, or CPCU

Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a risk manager, property/casualty insurance broker or consultant, or property/casualty actuary.

Possesses experience providing insurance risk management advisory and merger and acquisition due diligence service.
Demonstrates general knowledge of insurance related accounting areas such as US GAAP.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Demonstrates knowledge of property, casualty, and management liability coverages such as:
Worker's compensation;

General/products liability;

Auto liability;

Professional liability;

Property;

Directors' and officers' liability; and,

Cyber liability.

Additional responsibilities to include, managing the identification and addressing client needs:
Actively participating in client discussions and meetings;

Communicating a broad range of Firm services; and,

Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
