Acquisition, Enablement & Integration to join our Global Delivery
Network organization.Responsibilities:Support AE& I leadership in
the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of projects to
meet growth objectives; -projects will include both inorganic,
(acquisitions) and organic (internal realignments, as well as
bespoke efforts required to setup the delivery networkSupport the
development and execution of entity setup and
operationalization/integration projects; lead the HR & People
workstream in the development and maintenance of project and/or
program artifacts, such as scope, approach, solution, plan,
resources, and estimates; develop, track and manage project
forecasts and costs; request budget allocations and reallocations;
ensure project and/or program is within budget, manage external
dependencies and requirementsCoordinate or execute, workstream due
diligence for inorganic and organic activities by providing
qualitative and quantitative analysis working closely with the
various Delivery Center stakeholders; -including access to and
collaboration with KDN,KDN OpCo leadership as well as local HR
teamsProvide hands-on implementation to operationalize inorganic
and organic projects and support senior leaders in driving
consensus on strategic issues with workforce/talent analysis and
recommendationsDistill complex People issues into clear, compelling
presentations and other communications for review by senior
executivesIdentify areas ripe for simplification as the network
scales and matures and initiate improvement action plans; align
with KDN Leadership including People & Business Enablement
team.Lead working group meetings and represent the project team in
various reviews and leadership discussions and contribute to the
development of best practices and technology to drive consistency
and operational productivity as well as reduce
costQualifications:Minimum ten years of progressive relevant HR
and/or comparable experience in an international environment, with
comprehensive knowledge of HR-related principles, laws,
regulations, and collective employee representative bodies
preferably within a professional services environmentBachelor's
degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work
experience; MBA from an accredited university preferredBroad
applied knowledge of corporate People related disciplines, such as
Staffing, Culture, Change Management, Rewards, Learning, HRIS,
Communications, Compliance, Restructuring, working with and
relocating international and cross border workforcesExperience
driving and delivery of large, complex global programs with
multiple workstreamsHands-on experience with organic expansions and
workforce transitions from planning through operationalization and
working knowledge of M&A deal lifecycle, with the experience
leading or supporting People analysisExceptional communicator with
the ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to
senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner -KPMG
