Job Title:: Media Analytics/Media planning Duration: This is initially a 12-month contract with high possibilities for extension we have a headcount of 100 consultants currently working and over 95% of the contracts extend. As there is no tenure limit at the client, there is also a possibility of that the position could get converted to full time. Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ(Hybrid) Position Objective: To assist with media and analytics specifically supporting multiple businesses including Televisions (Core & Lifestyle), Memory and Home Audio. This role will be critical in support media & analytics deliverables, including reviewing and providing input on measurement plans, media plan proposals, optimization reports and wrap reports. This role will support with new media vendor analysis, competitive media analysis and tracking and much more. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development and execution of the media strategy for the Home Entertainment (HE) Division, including the TV, Audio, and Memory lines of business Analyze in-market data to track marketing and media effectiveness Supporting media timelines, deliverables and work back schedules Analyze in-market data to track marketing and media effectiveness Analyze weekly media and sales data to deliver real time insights on marketing effectiveness with weekly dashboards for team leadership Assist in the coordination of the annual marketing mix model (MMM) Assist in the annual competitive audit Assist with execution of the media strategy: Partner with the agency to track and report media spend, project workflows, charts, etc. Track media budget, work with finance to update budget accruals, and develop monthly reporting to show any shifts to the budget Coordinate with the inter-agency team, ensuring that the creative and social agencies deliver the required creative assets on time Manage day-to-day conversations with the media agency Knowledge, Skills and Education : 5 years in media planning, preferably in the consumer electronics, CPG, or other relevant industry with an understanding of both B2C and B2B channels. Demonstrated strategic planning skills. Experience developing and managing media campaigns and budgets. Experience analyzing complex in-market data from multiple data sources and translating them into actionable recommendations to drive business decisions Excellent communication, presentation and decision-making skills Exceptional Power Point skills, proficient in all other MS Office products Experience with Excel, proficient Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
