Want More INFO?Responsible for providing a range of financial support for the growth and effective management of the company and its various business units. Work closely with the leadership team including CFO, and other functions to explore historical financial data, prepare reports, complete, accurate data in accordance with laws and regulations. Provide financial analysis and reporting for corporate functions and complete ad hoc financial analysis. The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.Responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager :

• Work closely with the senior leadership team to formulate short to long term business and financial plan including their quarterly and annual budget and forecast
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Manage and build annual and quarterly budget process and provide recommendations based on global and corporate strategy
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Provide support data and presentations to leadership team or HQ.
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial results, provide to necessary party. Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability
• Prepare ad-hoc data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed from senior management team, projects or to satisfy external client or audit requests
• Utilize BI tools/ERP to delivery meaningful insights into business performance.
• Build financial models to project the growth and determine impacting business factors, assist in decision making (Breakeven, incrementality models, Pro-formas, cost-benefit modeling of business initiatives)
• Support improve or implementing new budget and reporting tools
• Managing a team Financial Planning and Analysis
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.Qualifications of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field. MBA or professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Financial ERP systems
  • Strong financial modeling experience.
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
  • Overall understanding of GAAP, IFRS, General Ledger, and Statutory Reporting
  • High level commercial acumen
  • Ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions
