Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join our Talent & Culture
organization.Responsibilities:
- Provide shared and standardized services for the Office of DEI
to support Accelerate 2025 strategies and initiatives, including
data/analytics, insights/research, compliance and risk
management
- Partner with Talent & Culture centers of excellence to ensure
practices and processes support the achievement of workforce
diversity at all levels
- Develop and oversee portfolio of DEI programs including
content, logistics, and measuring impact
- Consult with business leaders leveraging comprehensive
knowledge of DEI concepts and leading practices as part of the
center of excellence; contribute to DEI thought
leadershipQualifications:
- Minimum seven years of recent DEI, HR/Talent & Culture or
relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in
HR or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or DEI certification preferred
- Ability to collaborate and partner across a large, matrixed
organization
- Excellent verbal, written, facilitation and dispute resolution
skills
- Advanced analytical, project management and time management
