Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains records of day-to-day financial transactions by validating documents; postingtransactions and reconciling balances. Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balances accounts by reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares appropriate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accountinformation. Communicates with vendors and employees on a daily basis through verbal and writtencommunication. Monthly closing Journal entries for sales, purchase, AR cycle. Prepare Sales tax return and local taxes. Perform other duties as assigned by accounting manager. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account information and updates for each calland/or e-mail received Perform other duties and responsibilities assignedRequired Skills and Experiences: Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & US GAAP. At least 2 years' degree in accounting & 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table is mandatory). Close attention to detail.
