If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Partner Accounts to join our Finance and Accounting organization.Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad-hoc report generation for highly sensitive, personalized, and firm wide financial data and designing new reports; cross train with Partner Accounts team members for preparation of cash flow illustrations
  • Participate in development of report maintenance protocol to support leadership requests for historical data for analytical purposes
  • Update and maintain partner office transfer databases including coordination, reconciliation and reporting with other firm wide teams
  • Support Associate Director in design and implementation of Partner Accounts Systems (PAS) technology driven initiatives
  • Engage in development and maintenance of active and separating partners financial transaction postings including special reporting to and coordination with other firm wide teams; cross-train with Partner Accounts team members on partner transactions
  • Cross train with Partner Accounts Senior Associates on partner transactions in order to provide coverage during absences and gain a better understanding of function requirementsQualifications:
    • Minimum three years of recent experience in an accounting or finance role
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited college/university; CPA or CPA eligible preferred
    • Strong skills in MS Excel and Access and basic technical skills in general ledger Accounting; knowledge of partnership accounting a plus
    • Be a team player with demonstrated ability to work independently on core responsibilities and additional projects
    • Ability to professionally interact with clients and communicate financial matters in a manner client can understand
