Responsibilities\n\n \n\t Manage order fulfillment of
exception-based orders coming from the field sales teams including
close connection with Courier Service, receiving parties and
internal clients\n\t Proactively solve backorders from our central
Distribution Center in partnership with the field sales team to
determine which ones need to be fulfilled by the Field Sales
Location\n\t Manage warehouse inventory via close coordination with
our central DC \n\t Perform in bound product verification and put
away process for inventory products including, but not limited to
the following: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers
in SAP, etc.\n\t Train and follow standard operation and quality
procedures and work instructions \n\t Performing cycle count and
inventory reconciliation activities\n\t Assists in regular
inventory inspections and performs safety and quality audits \n\t
Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety
regulations \n\t Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
\n\t Implement schedule / policies / and group guidelines \n\t Lead
projects as required\n\t Flexible to other tasks as priorities
shift\n\t Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices) \n \n
\nQualifications:\n Education: \n\n \n\t Minimum High School and/or
equivalent degree\n\t Bachelor's Degree (a plus, but not
required)\n \n \n\nExperience and Skills: \n Required: \n\n \n\t
2-4 years of relevant work experience\n\t Inventory / Warehouse
Management Software experience \n\t Experience preferred within any
of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics,
supply chain, customer service \n\t Demonstrated initiative,
creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication\n\t MS
Office Suite proficiency preferred, including (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
\n\t Strong Communication skills\n\t Strong computer skills and
ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to
meet business needs\n\t Flexibility to work a staggered work
schedule covering Monday thru Sunday shifts\n\t Willingness to
accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other
shifts as per operational needs is required (late or early
start)\n\t Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good
