Job Description Job Description Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Salary: $44,000 - $48,000 (Permanent Position) A well-established residential real estate organization in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering stability and growth within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations for residential properties and resident accounts Process resident payments and maintain accurate account records Handle miscellaneous payments and perform account reconciliations Complete daily and monthly financial reports Professionally interact with residents and internal staff Prioritize and manage a high-volume workflow Support additional accounting duties and special projects as needed Qualifications: 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience required Working knowledge of MRI real estate software is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
