CareRite Centers - Administrative Assistant IT Department
The Department of IT Systems Management at CareRite Centers is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their management team. The Administrative Assistant will be providing the necessary support to the management team so they can support the company's multiple locations with its technology needs.
Administrative Assistant IT Department Responsibilities
- - - - - - - - Maintaining the departments financial books

- - - - - - - - Keeping track of projects

- - - - - - - - Following up with vendors regarding invoicing, project status

- - - - - - - - Maintaining a close relationship with the financial departments of CareRite and its vendors

- - - - - - - - Assisting the department director with their day to day goals and needs which includes but is not limited to scheduling, maintaining incoming and outgoing emails, and creating and updating spreadsheets

- - - - - - - - Assist with on-boarding and supporting employees and provide new employees with guidance, training and orientation regarding technology assets

- - - - - - - - Set up and provide maintenance for teammate computers

- - - - - - - - Assist in troubleshooting and fixing basic network issues

- - - - - - - - Perform incident and problem management including the recording, tracking and documentation of incidents

- - - - - - - - Help documenting all technology inventory

- - - - - - - - Analyze issues and solve them to streamline operations and procedures

- - - - - - - - Additional duties as required by business may be assigned by your manager
-Administrative Assistant IT Department Requirements/Qualifications:
- - - - - - - - Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant

- - - - - - - - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- - - - - - - - Working Knowledge of office equipment and IT infrastructure

- - - - - - - - Very good knowledge of Microsoft office specifically Excel and Word

- - - - - - - - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- - - - - - - - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- - - - - - - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- - - - - - - - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
