Title: Brand Marketing Leader (PR and Content) Reporting to: Chief Brand and Innovation Officer Location: NJ/NYC Founded in 2005, our banking client offers cutting-edge financial solutions across New Jersey and New York providing clients the highest level of individualized client service that addresses the individual financial issues of each client. Position Summary The Brand Marketing Leader oversees the development and implementation of marketing plans that support and focus on our client---s core values while highlighting products and services. Key Responsibilities Support our client---s focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of our client---s team, providing all customers excellent service and ---A Better Place to Be---. Develops and implements marketing plans, campaigns and multi-channel plans meant to promote the organization or its products and services. Helps with the creation of tools and techniques to profile customers, identify market opportunities, and increase sales. Designs campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on specific products or product lines. Engages with different business lines to assess needs and prioritize resources that solves for key needs while executing on strategic goals. Use analytics and engagement scores when overseeing our client---s media content and gather data on existing or potential customers, competitors, or market segments for use in the development of targeted marketing strategies. Develops and administers a calendar of marketing campaigns or other promotional opportunities. Leads public relations initiatives and content strategy for our client and other brands. Knowledge Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations. Experience in strategic marketing, communications planning and management, marketing, and media relations. Able to mentor and guide team members. Divergent thinking about marketing campaigns.
