The Job - Campaign Marketing Operations Manager

The Campaign Marketing Operations Manager is a unique fast-paced position that will work closely with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to help execute marketing campaigns and measure marketing effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, activation and measurement of marketing campaigns across events, email and digital, overseeing technical setup and automations within the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and leading various implementation and improvement projects. At OwnBackup, Marketing Operations sits within the Revenue Operations team which supports, enables, and drives the entire revenue (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) organization to be more effective and productive. We do that by designing, implementing, analyzing and optimizing the processes, data, and tools that support the sales team.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Assist with gathering campaign business requirements from global marketing teams and translate them into operational solutions within the martech stack that increase operational efficacy.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure campaign data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Pardot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, provisioning, management, and reporting.
  • Assist with Campaign/Events list imports, creating audience segmentation and list processing for campaign deployment.
  • Assist in creating Pre/Post Campaign reporting.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign metrics and data integrity.
  • Assist in target audience segmentation for campaign outreach.
  • Managing campaign hierarchy, campaign creation, and campaign-related database cleanliness, lead scoring and bi-directional sync with CRM.
  • Assist in enabling the field (Sales and Sales Development) on executing campaign-related playbooks (i.e., in-person events).



    Your Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, E-commerce, Digital Media or related field.
    • 2+ years of marketing operations experience, with B2B experience, project management, marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CMS and CRM systems.
    • Understands Pardot core principles including general administration, lead scoring, syncing with SFDC, email marketing and Engagement Studio.
    • Technically savvy, detailed-oriented and a strategic thinker who is skilled at working with several different stakeholders holders and managing multiple projects.
    • Strong understanding of Pardot marketing automation system and best practices.
    • Strong knowledge of core marketing technologies and platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Salesforce, Zapier, 6sense, Litmus, 250ok, Metadata, Asana etc.
    • A fast learner of new technology, highly-motivated and a self starter.
    • Comfortable working in both team and individual projects.

      This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
