Job Description:
Golfzon Social is looking for a Senior Social Director of Sales
and Marketing! As the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for
Golfzon Social, this position will be responsible for leading and
executing the sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and
market share for Golfzon Social, a leading golf and social
entertainment venue. Additionally, as new stores open, this
position will have "go to market" responsibility for launching new
stores to include developing and executing marketing strategies to
create brand and store awareness, generate buzz, and attract
social, dining and golf customers to each new facility to support
revenue generation. As part of our commitment to fostering a
collaborative and efficient work environment, it is essential that
the successful candidate be within or in close proximity to
Westchester or Rockland County areas of New York. This requirement
is crucial to ensure seamless coordination with our on-site team,
customers, and other stakeholders in this specific region. This
position necessitates frequent travel to various Golfzon Social
locations within the market. About Golfzon Social Golfzon Social is

indoor golf center or indoor driving range. It's a place to come
together and share unreal experiences while enjoying a hand-crafted
menu in a lively, upbeat atmosphere. Essential Duties - Current
Facilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement
comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
maximize market penetration. Develops a clear and concise sales
process to attract groups, tournaments, social /catered events with
effective/proactive follow-up for each. Lead both sales and
non-sales focused associates in identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities, including corporate clients, charities,
area businesses and event organizers. Monitor sales performance,
analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,
ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing Strategy
and Brand Management: Create and execute marketing plans to
increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs,
market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with existing
influencers and identify additional opportunities in the local
markets, to drive brand exposure and revenue growth. Develop and
oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across
various channels, including digital, social media, print, and email
marketing. Liaise with agency partners, Golfzon America and Troon
to implement consistent brand strategies. Manage the brand image
and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all
marketing touchpoints. Engage in collaboration with leaders for the
other brands under the Golfzon America umbrella to uphold a uniform
and timely approach while remaining current with technology
advancements Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong
leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams, fostering
a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Set
performance targets, conduct regular performance evaluations, and
provide coaching and training to enhance team productivity and
skills. Foster a customer-centric culture within the teams,
emphasizing customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic
partnerships/collaborations in concert with General Managers to
expand the reach and success of Golfzon Social. Negotiate and
manage contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually
beneficial outcomes that deliver new revenues to Golfzon Social
Clearly understand and promote Troon programs at facilities to
generate incremental rounds and revenues Trains and leads staff at
the facilities to do the same. Budget Management: Develop and
manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources
effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Establish key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing
initiatives. Regularly analyze campaign data, customer feedback,
and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
strategies and make data-driven adjustments. Prepare regular
reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting
marketing performance, ROI, and insights for future strategies.
Essential Duties - New Facility Sales/Marketing Execution Marketing
/ Branding: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to
the new location, aligned with the overall brand and business
goals. Define target market segments, positioning, and value
proposition to effectively reach and engage the local audience.
Identify key marketing channels, both online and offline, to
maximize visibility and customer acquisition. Determine the
appropriate marketing mix, including advertising, PR, digital
marketing, events, partnerships, and promotions. Collaborate with
creative teams and agencies to deploy compelling marketing
collateral, including logos, signage, brochures, website content,
and social media assets. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure
consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
Advertising and Promotions: Develop advertising campaigns to
generate awareness and drive footfall to the new facility. Plan and
execute digital advertising campaigns, including search engine
marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and
influencer partnerships. Coordinate local offline advertising, such
as print ads, billboards, radio, and television, to reach the
target audience effectively. Create promotions, discounts, and
special offers to incentivize trial and repeat visits. Create
engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms to build
a community of followers and drive engagement. Monitor and manage
online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing
campaigns, website performance, and customer engagement. Public
Relations and Community Engagement: Working closely with corporate
in-house resources and applicable agencies, execute public
relations strategies to generate media coverage and create buzz
around each new Golfzon Social location. Build relationships with
local media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to
secure press coverage and positive reviews. Identify opportunities
and implement community engagement, sponsorships, and partnerships
to enhance brand visibility and integration within the local
community. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience bringing
multi-unit stores to market(restaurants, entertainment locales) is
preferred. Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in sales and
marketing leadership roles, preferably in the sports or
entertainment industry. Strong understanding of the entertainment
industry, social/restaurant includes and entertainment trends and
customer behavior. Demonstrated success in developing and executing
sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Experience in managing and motivating sales and marketing teams,
including remote teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with
internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the
