Job Description:
Our client, a leading property management organization, is
seeking a Property Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a
Maintenance Worker you will be part of the property operations team
supporting residential and commercial property maintenance. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills,
reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Property Maintenance
Worker- Permanent Opportunity Location: Monsey, NY Pay Range: $
24.00/hr. Overtime Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm & Friday 8am-4pm
Must be Bilingual in Spanish No Saturday's and maybe OT on Sundays
depending on peak season needs What's the Job? Performing necessary
repairs on flooring, drywall, plaster, and painting Conducting
quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical
systems Checking and addressing security and safety issues across
properties Testing and recommending new maintenance products to
improve efficiency Coordinating deliveries from vendors and
maintaining accurate documentation of inspections and issues What's
Needed? Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Valid Driver's
License Ability to operate a company truck (pick-up) with a clean
MVR record Willingness to perform landscaping, pool maintenance,
and pest control tasks Strong organizational skills to keep track
of supplies and inspections Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing,
