You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience in customer service, with 2 years in a managerial role. Leadership and organizational skills. Communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be insurance licensed Flexible work from home options available.
