DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Manager with our insurance
agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer
experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance

customer service team and daily operations. Develop and implement
customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer
complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service
representatives. QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience in customer
service, with 2 years in a managerial role. Leadership and
organizational skills. Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be insurance licensed Flexible work from home options
