We help our clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology investment and drive business results and innovation. Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. You'll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

  • Empowering stakeholder groups to drive adoption.Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
    • Leading the continual development, prioritization, tracking, and implementation of CX goals and strategy;
    • Partnering closely with other workstreams to establish that the customer's voice and feedback is central to decision making and communications;
    • Managing overall project management function and early identification of risk and issues;
    • Leveraging writing and verbal communication skills in order explain, sell and defend ideas;
    • Working independently to resolve issues, coordinating with leadership or subject matter specialist when necessary;
    • Leading, managing and coaching resources including performance management; and,
    • Managing ongoing strategy and drive change by collaborating with leadership.
