Sr. Manager, Home Entertainment -Operations & Analytics 85 Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA Position SummaryThe Sr. Manager is a people manager, responsible for managing core processes that support TV Product Marketing organization and is the focal point for all operational activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Project Management, Presentation development, Scenario Planning, Reporting on Key Performance Indicators, P&L Analysis, etc. This position works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to advance corporate objectives. Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute long-term strategic projects; develop internal presentations, engage key stakeholders and develop action plans around data-driven insights
  • Partner with product managers to set business strategy against key/emerging segments
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to inform leadership on drivers of leading indicators and deliver recommended actions plans
  • Develop and maintain cost simulation tools to maximize ROI and enable swift decision making on promotional activities and programs.
  • Continuously identify risks to the business and develop scenario plans to ensure we are positioned to deploy mitigation strategies in a timely fashion, as needed.
  • Develop, standardize and deploy tools and processes that support the achievement of corporate objectives. Closely monitor key performance indicators to ensure executives and decisions makers are in an informed position to maximize revenue, share and profit.
  • Facilitate the flow of information across internal partners. Close collaboration with Product Managers to ensure key channel, market and segment insights are gathered and leveraged across all processes.
  • Support the executive team in developing and coordinating internal and external presentation materials
  • Manage near- and long-term initiatives leveraging project management principles.
  • Facilitate close collaboration amongst Sales and Marketing on annual Market Development Fund plans and communicate relevant context to secure relevant approvals.
  • Anticipate future business requirements; perpetually measure the pulse of the organization and their department objectives to ensure cohesion of strategic priorities. Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of directly related experience is required.--
    • Prior operational experience in technology, business development and/or OEMs Sales and Marketing required.
    • Must demonstrate proven track record of predictive data modeling
    • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to schedule, prioritize and communicate actions and results as needed.
    • Diplomatic approach to solving complex problems
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
    • Proficiency in business systems (SAP, Tableau, BI)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Experience developing presentations, and communicating with internal as well as the customer's executive management team is a necessity.
    • Must be able to work well under the pressure of timelines, and demonstrate a sense of urgency when driving for results.
    • Strong Team-work, able to effectively participate and motivate others working within a team environment. Also have the ability to take the initiative to get a project done, independently as needed.
    • Prior experience with consumer electronic products preferred.
