Responsibilities: * Collaborate with a set of cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, to help ensure all relevant voices and priorities are represented in regional planning and follow through * Support regional (Americas) Director in building and executing against an Americas Corporate Affairs plan * Collaborate with member firm resources across the region to set an agenda for effective engagement with key stakeholders on leading issues - showcasing KPMG's thought leadership; purpose, values and culture; and creating opportunities for our firm to engage * Help regional leadership establish their voices on KPMG's regional and global priorities (regulation, ESG, digital transformation, audit quality, the future of the profession) * Evolve a highly collaborative approach to working with relevant disciplines across the KPMG global network Qualifications: * Minimum five years of recent experience in Corporate Affairs or communications working on, or understanding of, ESG subject areas preferably in a professional services environment * Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university * Proven track record in corporate affairs and component disciplines (internal and external communications, issues management, social media, public affairs, citizenship, campaigns and programs) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must with a deep understanding of digital communication tactics, data, analytics and social media * Ability to connect, plan and coordinate follow-through with relevant regional and global teams (disciplines including crisis communications, issues management, public affairs, social media, citizenship, campaigns and programs) * Fluency in Spanish important (writing fluency a plus) KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
