If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Product Management to join our Tax Technology practice.Responsibilities:Lead product direction, requirements, prioritization, ROI objectives, over all delivery and follow established policiesInterface with clients, project stakeholders and team members in all phases of projects and manage customer expectationsLead technology aspect of Orals and RFP process for client proposal workPromote the technology agenda within tax and work closely with tax leaders to secure their leadership and supportManage communications with key leaders and lead aspects of portfolio management meetings for the businessMay assume PML responsibilities at this level and work directly with the Tax practice as an advisorQualifications:Minimum twelve years of progressive IT program and project management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experienceExperience with Partnership Tax compliance and a good understanding of tax compliance systemsAbility to develop and understand overall strategy linking closely to tax's overall business strategy and key success measuresPossess advanced analytic skills including strategic thinking and planning, complex data analysis and excellent verbal and written skillsUnderstand the software development life cycle with proven people management skills, leadership, and team-building skillsKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
