Job Description:
LHH is looking for a Supply Chain Manager with knowledge of
leading in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, and Market Support
activities.
- Establish clear goals the team and drive accountability to
deliver results.
- Track performance progress and intervene with corrective action
when needed.
- Organize forecasts and planning against capacity.
- Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics
reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Monitor company's existing supply pipeline.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and resolve critical
supply pipeline issues.
- Oversee S&OP to optimize results for OTIF and OEE.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Bilingual/ Fluent in Spanish.
- Minimum of three years of experience directly managing a
team.
- At least three years of substrate (paper and film) purchasing
in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience resolving complex issues regarding raw materials
used in the paper and film coating processes.
- Previous use of Microsoft Office Excel and ERP/MRP -
specifically with SAP.
- Competency surrounding vendor negotiations.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and
written).
