Job Description:

LHH is looking for a Supply Chain Manager with knowledge of leading in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, and Market Support activities.
  • Establish clear goals the team and drive accountability to deliver results.
  • Track performance progress and intervene with corrective action when needed.
  • Organize forecasts and planning against capacity.
  • Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Monitor company's existing supply pipeline.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and resolve critical supply pipeline issues.
  • Oversee S&OP to optimize results for OTIF and OEE.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Bachelor's degree is a must.
    • Bilingual/ Fluent in Spanish.
    • Minimum of three years of experience directly managing a team.
    • At least three years of substrate (paper and film) purchasing in a manufacturing setting.
    • Experience resolving complex issues regarding raw materials used in the paper and film coating processes.
    • Previous use of Microsoft Office Excel and ERP/MRP - specifically with SAP.
    • Competency surrounding vendor negotiations.
    • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
