Roles and Responsibilities:The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, CRM will work on integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of owned digital channels, with a focus on (but not limited to) CRM, Samsung.com, Search, data and more generally digital enablement. This person will be a CRM expert with deep experience in delivering results using CRM tools and strategies.

  • Develop cross channel CRM marketing program designs for Samsung products to achieve goals and KPIs, while delivering a positive ROI
  • Create segmented plans and oversee various customer engagement channels, including: targeting, personalization, message direction, touch points, cadence, frequency (based upon results and analysis), email, and social.
  • - Lead digital activation projects, measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of owned digital channels (and at times paid)
  • - Digital Enablement: test and learns and collaboration with cross-functional departments driving sales
  • Data Enablement, understanding data sources, utilization, audience segmentation and sales/upgrade opportunities to further drive sales
  • Understanding, utilization and implementation of Samsung's platform capabilities.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities across all digital touchpoints (Social, Web, E-mail, Media)
  • Oversee strategic elements of the Dotcom and CRM functions with 2 reports, ensuing optimization, forward thinking and test and learns within the channels
  • Ability to evaluate/prioritize and work through agency optimizations and recommendations
  • Ensure content utilization across all O&O to drive efficiencies and map out digital asset optimization for business results. Necessary Skills / Attributes:Candidate must be well versed in gathering, interpreting and executing against the voice of the consumer, be strongly data driven, and think strategically while still being able to manage detail and have a creative point of view. Anticipate and proactively identify opportunities to leverage existing Samsung products and services to deliver additional value to consumers. Explore unmet needs with key decision makers and communicate them as potential opportunities for digital marketing innovation. Strong Agency and cross-functional management expertise is a must.
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 8+ years of related experience; prior experience in CRM role required
    • Prior experience in a consumer electronics environment preferred
    • Key understanding of data-driven, relevant and personalized digital communications
    • Experience with ecommerce, CRM, paid media, SEO, Dotcom
    • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to work with minimal direction
    • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
    • Strong leadership and consensus building skills
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
