Put simply, we make "Life Good" - from home appliances, consumer electronics, vehicle components, to business innovations in digital signage, air conditioning and LED lighting.We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a GTM & Strategy Operations Manager on the Home Entertainment Team!Position Summary:As Strategy and Operation Manager in GTM team, the person will work with several cross functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and OBS to drive successful go to market strategy and measurable execution for impactful outcome in connect with LG's vision and business goals. As an integral member of GTM Strategy and Operation team, your responsibility is to analyze various sales and market information, provide meaningful analytics and report to upper management, coordinate between key functional teams to effectively run sales strategy, and provide insightful to enable effective and transformative decisions to improve business performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze various sales, promotion, and market data and provide meaningful analytics and reports by keep monitoring sales performance and competitive situations
• Provide executable and measurable go to market plan with clear insights into business, market, risks, and opportunities
• Be a go to market point person to drive sales strategy partnering with leadership and cross functional teams
• Provide short-term and long-term go to market plan to teams, develop metrics/KPIs, monitor performance to ensure meaningful outcome
• Identify and drive go to market initiatives to continuously improve performance, process and reporting tools
• Influence data driven decision making through sales / operational analysis
• Support leaders to effectively and promptly run business with clear insights into overall business knowledgeJob Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or relevant field of study
  • 7 years relevant work experience with Business, Analytics, GTM, Channel Operations, Sales, and Market Intelligence
  • Especially strong analytical and Excel skills and a disposition toward data drive decision making
  • Results driven and problem solving mindset with strong ability to ambiguity and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective writing and presentation skills, and ability to work with and influence senior level business partners
  • Ability working with cross functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and/or experience for TV/IT industry and business initiatives or projects/programs
    • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and have ability to multi task and work in a rapidly changing environment
    • Must be highly detail oriented, well organized, and strong analytical skills
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Power Point
    • Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to complete tasks
    • Strong communication, both verbal and written skills required"
