ResponsibilitiesCNBC is seeking an SEO Manager to lead the
strategy for SEO optimization across all CNBC Digital brands. This
person will work with internal and external teams to increase
quality traffic, maximize web site performance and improve search
rankings.What you'll do:Lead and manage overall SEO strategy for
CNBC.com and other company-related websitesMake editorial
recommendations based on analysis via Adobe Omniture and other
performance trackers to increase trafficWork closely with editorial
teams to conduct SEO trainings and instill best practicesMonitor
keyword rankings/trends for evergreen and news eventsDetermine
weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly success metrics Be able to
communicate SEO efforts to-and work closely with-other teams,
including product, technology, research and marketingWork as SEO
lead on launching new editorial initiativesServe as subject matter
expert in search engine marketingKeep up with industry changes in

years of SEO experience at a major news operation or an agency with
a focus on news and editorialExcellent writing, editing and
organizational skillsExperience working on a site that achieved
significant growth in searchStrong technical SEO understanding,
with the ability to identify problems and opportunities Experience
with SEO tools, including SEMRush and Botify Desire to work in a
creative, demanding, competitive environmentStrong communication
skills and an ability to work well across various departmentsDesire
to work in a creative, demanding and competitive
environmentAdvanced knowledge of Google SearchPassion for SEO
driven resultsProficiency in Excel---Must submit an attestation
