manager of all home brands, you will work closely with the sales,
planning and ecommerce departments to deliver sustainable growth
plans for all brands. This role is both sales and
marketing-focused. A key goal for the first few months of this role
is to oversee all elements of our new brand launches by
establishing a framework for future growth and generating brand
awareness. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a
can-do, hands-on approach. Responsibilities
--- Identify levers for future growth, increased brand awareness
and a tactical plan to drive volume.
--- Analyze sale trends and KPIs to optimize brand performance and
increase brand share/rank.
--- Present monthly performance updates with internal and external
--- Create seasonal forecast projections, closely monitoring
inventory levels to fulfill increased demand.
--- Own the animation calendar for each brand, providing direction
for all internal teams.
--- Maintain operational procedures to ensure the sales team and
retailers are following brand guidelines.
--- Strategic planning abilities and experience with attention to
--- Determine brand merchandising standards and channel priorities.
--- Bachelors Degree
--- 5+ Years in Sales and/or Brand Development
--- Experience launching or scaling brands a plus.
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business
--- Organized, strategic, entrepreneurial, team-oriented, with a
--- Experience and/or passion for fragrance and/or home category,
with an understanding of the competitive landscape.
--- Must have an appreciation and respect for the consumer and be
motivated to exceed their expectations
