Project Manager Roles - Infrastructure Service Delivery Team The Infrastructure Delivery Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the interaction between Citi Technology Infrastructure Team and our internal customers in Institutional Clients Group (ICG). This role focuses on delivery of high quality and reliable technology infrastructure services at the right cost and in line with business needs. It requires hands-on management and liaising between the Application Infrastructure Enterprise (IEM) teams and the CTI teams, working very closely with the Service Delivery lead.This role requires strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and co-ordinate others within ISD and external parties. You will have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results for business area.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management
  • Conduct reviews weekly/monthly/quarterly with Stakeholders (Business, Technology and O&T)
  • Manage escalations with stakeholders.
  • Initiating interaction with the business and resolving service issues while fostering key relationships
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Bring virtual teams across organization together and lead execution of delivery to plan
  • Daily interaction with stakeholders required to manage business processes and gain a strong understanding of the critical systems inter-dependency.
  • Understand the Infrastructure Spend, Financial Targets and Roadmap for the line of business.
  • Ensure Infrastructure service performance meets agreed targets
  • Manage delivery of demand optimization effort with the business to deliver savings target against financials
  • Produce roadmap and execution plans to strategy
  • Partner with Production Management ensuring effective management of day to day service activities and risks
  • Working with risk and control, ensuring operational and services risks are managed to closure accordingly Knowledge/Experience: Essential:
    • 3-6 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
    • Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
    • Demonstrated experience engaging with different groups in technology
      • Preferred:
        • Demonstrated experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodology. If you have knowledge of any of this, we can provide you the hands on experience.
        • Effective written and verbal communication skills
        • Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
        • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
        • Preferred but not mandatory:
          • Knowledge of server hardware, storage and networking concepts
