I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionTakeda Development Center Americas Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistics in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Ph.D in Biostatistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field or foreign equivalent degree and 3 years of experience in a statistical or quantitative field in the pharmaceutical industry OR Master''s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field or foreign equivalent degree and 6 years of experience in a statistical or quantitative field in the pharmaceutical industry. Required Skills: Quantify benefits of different adaptive and non-adaptive clinical trial designs using both frequentist and Bayesian methodologies and ascertain operating characteristics via simulations (3 yrs). Establish strategy and methods for statistical analysis of clinical trial data, and develop statistical analysis plans with programming specifications (3 yrs). Review, validate, and interpret results of statistical analyses in clinical trials (3 yrs).
