Internal Medicine opening in Englewood, New Jersey. This and

Apex HealthSync has been retained to find Internal Medicine, Family
Practice, and Geriatricians to provide medical services to patients
in assisted living, nursing homes, and sub-acute care facilities in
Northern New Jersey. The sites feature a wide variety of services
and programs to foster recovery while addressing the social,
emotional and recreational needs of patients. Working five days a
week, Physicians partner with Nurse Practitioners to address the
physical, social, and emotional needs of their patients.
Requirements:
NJ Medical License (MD or DO)
Board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine
or Family Practice
Geriatrics Fellowship or IM/FP with Geriatrics experience a
plus
Nursing Home experience a plus
Multiple roles are available
