Hired by Matrix is a full-service staffing firm with proven experience recruiting and delivering for Life Science, Healthcare, Travel Nurses, IT, Accounting & Finance, Administrative & Clerical and Marketing disciplines.Hired by Matrix, Inc. is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Travel Nurse Recruiter with an emphasis on healthcare. Reporting to the Recruiting Director, this Recruiter is responsible for developing a network and pipeline of qualified candidates ready to be placed on travel nurse assignments with Hired by Matrix clients. This is achieved by sourcing, qualifying, screening, and evaluating candidates and cultivating strong relationships with those candidates over time and then carefully matching their capability, experience, and work style with client requirements for successful client placements.The Recruiter relies on their Client Delivery Lead and other Hired by Matrix, Inc. team members to deliver high-quality service to our clients. As a Recruiter she/he is expected to collaborate with their Client Delivery Lead; this includes partnering to achieve a comprehensive understanding of client requirements so that the most placeable candidates can be presented to ensure the highest quality submittals. Recruiters must also share insights and information with Client Delivery Leads gained through contact with consultants, including prelims. Partnering with the Client Delivery Lead as a sounding board for planning as well as during difficult negotiations is essential as well. Developing and maintaining a strong, interdependent relationship with Client Delivery Leads, as well as with staff across the organization, is critical to the success of a Recruiter.Position Description:As a Travel Nurse Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified Registered Nurses for various hospitals across the US. You will also be responsible for networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, and most critically, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline to support and resolve specific client needs and provide customer service to existing consultants.Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting for Travel Nurses and medical professionals that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for projects nationwide. (Staffing agency experience preferred).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• A successful track record of candidate relationship building, negotiating & closing.
• Ability to obtain all credentialing criteria per hospital process.
• Exceptional proficiency with creative search techniques outside of the typical job boards.
• In-depth understanding of medical proficiencies, surgical, MedSurg, ICU, etc.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite for proofreading, editing, and formatting resumes.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment while being held accountable for individual growth goals.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates utilizing Hired by Matrix ATS, job boards, and social media platforms to obtain and track potential candidate.
  • Identify, screen, interview, qualify and evaluate candidates' ability and quality of fit for the position and company through behavioral interview techniques.
  • Coordinate with Client Delivery Leads and Head of Talent to foster strong, effective communication and prioritize our client's hiring needs.
  • Review, reformat and present resumes to Client Delivery Leads that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with all candidates spoken to and follow up with them on a consistent basis.Performance Measures
