We are seeking a qualified full time and part time physical therapists to work at our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Monsey, NY. We're looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Physical Therapist (PT) responsibilities and duties:

Preparing a written plan of care based on evaluations findings, in a timely matter
Diagnosing and treating patients of all conditions.
Documenting functional outcome tools as required by payors.
Supervising the implementations of each plan of care coordinating care with support staff.
Help foster a professional environment that is a friendly and welcome one to all.
Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Skills.

Masters or doctorate degree in physical therapy
New York State physical therapy license
Current CPR certification
Must be able to Multitask and build good rapport with patients.
