No Weekends** Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance Record the patients vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate) Collect patients health information Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians Give oral medications and injections to patients Prescription Refills Assist providers in minor surgical procedures Urinary catheter insertion and care Urodynamics and Post Void Residuals if applicable after being trained Blood Draws Patient Teaching/Counseling from the direction of physician Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients medical recordsBenefits Comprehensive medical Dental Vision 401K Paid time offRequirements:Minimum RequirementsCurrent LPN LicenseMedical Terminology (preferred, but not necessary)BCLS/ACLSAnnual Required in-services and training.Infection control certificatePPD Annual TestAnnual Influenza Vaccineby Jobble
