Job Description:

Manager-2, you will play a crucial role in our assisted living and
memory care communities by managing the medication administration,
monitoring patient health, and collaborating with physicians and
healthcare providers to ensure optimal resident outcomes. This
position requires a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a
team-oriented environment, is committed to promoting residents'
independence, and maintains compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations. Join our compassionate team to enhance the lives
of our seniors, guiding them with expertise and empathy. Administer
and manage resident medications in accordance with physician orders
and nursing standards. Monitor residents’ vital signs and symptoms,
responding to medical emergencies in a timely manner. Collaborate
with physicians, healthcare providers, and multi-disciplinary team
members to facilitate comprehensive care plans. Maintain accurate
and up-to-date health care records, ensuring compliance with all
regulations. Provide training and support to new staff, promoting
adherence to our high standards of care. Engage with residents and
their families to inform them about health status and ongoing
treatment plans. Proficient in medication administration and health
monitoring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at
using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work
collaboratively in a healthcare team. Excellent organizational and
