Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Bergenfield, NJ Agency: MEDSCoders Pay: $540 to $580 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 1 Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Deliver skilled nursing services per the patient’s plan of care and OASIS. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and medication compliance. Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other treatments. Educate patients and families on safety and disease management. Communicate patient status updates to physicians and care teams. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Follow NJ state regulations and agency policies. Requirements Active New Jersey RN in good standing Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred) CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently in patients’ homes Must successfully pass background and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks for liability coverage Benefits Full Benefits
