Job Description:
We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign_On Bonus for this
position. Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to work in a Skilled

director with administration, clinical planning, development &
operations of all therapy programs. Collaborate with all
disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in
specific PT, OT SLP therapy models. Assist therapists as assigned
by the director Requirements Include: The candidate must be a NYS
licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) Prior therapy experience in
Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings Previous supervisory experience
preferred Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required
Positive, team-player attitude Understanding Centers for Medicare
and Medicaid Services regulatory of the therapy services at the
