week productivity goal Outpatient orthopedics clinic Upper
extremity and fine motor coordination focus Some neuro patients
included Facility open 8 am - 8 pm, typical schedule 9 am - 7 pm We

Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $41.35 per hour and
estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and
