Permanent Placement Recruiter for IT and Professional
Services!Hired by Matrix, Inc. is seeking a talented individual to
join our team as a perm recruiter with an emphasis on technical and
professional categories. Reporting to the Recruiting Director, this
Recruiter is responsible for developing a network and pipeline of
qualified candidates ready to be placed on perm assignments with
Hired by Matrix clients. This is achieved by sourcing, qualifying,
screening, and evaluating candidates and cultivating strong
relationships with those candidates over time and then carefully
matching their capability, experience, and work style with client
requirements for successful client placements.The Recruiter relies
on their Client Delivery Lead and other Hired by Matrix, Inc. team
members to deliver high-quality service to our clients. As a
Recruiter she/he is expected to collaborate with their Client
Delivery Lead; this includes partnering to achieve a comprehensive
understanding of client requirements so that the most placeable
candidates can be presented to ensure the highest quality
submittals. Recruiters must also share insights and information
with Client Delivery Lead gained through contact with consultants,
including prelims. Partnering with the Client Delivery Lead as a
sounding board for planning as well as during difficult
negotiations is essential as well. Developing and maintaining a
strong, interdependent relationship with Client Delivery Leads, as
well as with staff across the organization, is critical to the
success of a Recruiter. Areas of Accountability: (Any one position

listed examples include all that may be found in positions of this
class.)Candidate Network/Pipeline Development and Maintenance
- Identify and source candidates through a variety of methods
including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal
database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job boards
job fairs, professional directories/groups and social media
- Find and cultivate referral sources
- Qualify, screen (interview), evaluate and reference check
candidates
- Identify and cultivate most placeable candidates for
pipeline
- Candidate relationship management Quality Submittals and
Placements
- Partner with CDL's to understand client/job requirements and
margin boundaries
- Engage subcontractors (when needed)
- Present most placeable candidates to CDL's and to clients
(resumes/submittals)
- Assist candidates through the placement process
- Present opportunities, give basics about the client and set
expectations
- Post submittal follow-up
- Set expectations about onboarding with candidates who are
accepted Planning, Reporting and Administration
- Edits resumes when applicable
- Reports all activities and results in Job Diva
- Submit/discuss daily priorities during the Huddle Call
- Meets with Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Coordinator
Leads to align priorities, set targets and monitor progress

and Experience
- A proven recruiting professional with 2+ years of recruiting
experience
- Knowledge of JobDiva or other applicant tracking system/CRM
system a must
- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including:
- Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Ladders, social media, etc.),
candidate management, interview management and successful offer
negotiation
- Proven track record in developing and managing a large network
of candidates
- Consistently achieves 4-10 placements a month
- Fearless and self-motivated - excited and motivated by the
opportunity to grow a book of business.
- Enjoy research, finding talent, problem solving, negotiating
rates and closing the deal
- Sales capability: ability to sell the candidate on a job
opportunity and sell the client on the candidate
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, written
(clear, detailed notes are a must), enrollment and negotiation
- Change resiliency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where client
requirements can change frequently and have the ability to work
through this ambiguity
- Engages in change rather than defends against it
- Responds open-mindedly in the face of change
- Strong critical thinking skills: ability to understand and set
priorities and make trade-offs as priorities change
- Ability to deal with conflict, persevere and be resilient in

- Strong organization and planning skills including follow-though

effectively; ability to confront problems directly and bring them
to effective resolution
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with team
members to develop a cohesive and collaborative environment
- Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office
