An overseas recruiting organization is seeking a proactive Director of Account Management to oversee client and employee relationships and ensure successful, long-term placements. This role focuses on maintaining strong client satisfaction, supporting placed employees, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. Responsibilities Include: Manage and maintain relationships with clients Support placed employees and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success Monitor satisfaction on both client and employee sides Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing placement support Ensure long-term success and retention of placements Track and follow up on open items and commitments Ideal Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-management skills Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Highly organized with strong follow-through Comfortable handling multiple relationships and priorities Professional, reliable, and service-oriented Experience in recruiting, staffing, or account management is a plus Salary : $85k - $100k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
