We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Compliance Counsel (Corporate Compliance) on the NA Compliance Office Team!

Responsibilities

Support and research for senior counsels to manage and/or lead in-house and outside legal counsels to minimize risks in the North American region and its subsidiaries (US, CI, AI, TN, Solar, ARC)
Support and research for senior counsels to demonstrate experience and guide the company and co-work with relative North American teams and HQ counterpart teams in general corporate compliance, such as Anti-trust, Supply Chain Management (C-TPAT, OFAC), Privacy & Cyber Data Breach encounter, HR issues (Discrimination), Internal Investigation (Whistleblowing, etc.), ESG (Social part) compliance and ESH Compliance
Support and research for senior counsels to set up, maintain and monitor corporate compliance programs in line with DOJ corporate compliance guideline
Support in response of North American government agencies actions, investigations, or inquiries, before agencies such as DOJ, DOL/EEOC, FTC, OSHA, EPA, CBP, OFAC

Qualifications

US Juris Doctorate or Masters of Law (required)
0-3 years of experience after law school.
Bilingual (English / Korean) is preferred.
