Responsibilities

• Support and research for senior counsels to manage and/or lead in-house and outside legal counsels to minimize risks in the North American region and its subsidiaries (US, CI, AI, TN, Solar, ARC)
• Support and research for senior counsels to demonstrate experience and guide the company and co-work with relative North American teams and HQ counterpart teams in general corporate compliance, such as Anti-trust, Supply Chain Management (C-TPAT, OFAC), Privacy & Cyber Data Breach encounter, HR issues (Discrimination), Internal Investigation (Whistleblowing, etc.), ESG (Social part) compliance and ESH Compliance
• Support and research for senior counsels to set up, maintain and monitor corporate compliance programs in line with DOJ corporate compliance guideline
• Support in response of North American government agencies actions, investigations, or inquiries, before agencies such as DOJ, DOL/EEOC, FTC, OSHA, EPA, CBP, OFAC
  Qualifications
  • US Juris Doctorate or Masters of Law (required)
  • 0-3 years of experience after law school.
  • Bilingual (English / Korean) is preferred.
