Job Description:

A consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Paralegal for a promising opportunity with their growing Legal Department. In this role, the -Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the Attorneys with an array of legal and administrative matters supporting the department and company as a whole.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The -Paralegal (Hybrid) -will:

• 
  
• Effectively and timely communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding projects, assignments and tasks
  
• Review and redline contracts, agreements and other documents
  
• Professionally draft email and other communications internally and externally
  
• Participate in regular meetings, both virtually and in person
  
• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources and provide written analysis to Attorneys
  
• Review and update legal and administrative documents, including policies, contracts, case files, etc.
  
• Process legal invoices once approved by applicable attorney and engage in monthly accruals
  
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and/or related field
    
  • Paralegal certification
    
  • Computer savvy
    
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
    
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
    
  • Great interpersonal skills
    
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    
  • Strong attention to detail
    
  • Highly organized
    
    Desired Skills:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal; 1+ year of experience in an In-House Legal Department
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies and/or related field
