Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Park Ridge,
New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a
key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations to
ensure seamless logistics and inventory management. This is a
hybrid role. Responsibilities: • Coordinate inbound and outbound
distribution activities to maintain efficient logistics operations.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with
operational needs. • Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline
processes and improve workflows. • Utilize supply chain tools and
technology to analyze and optimize operations. • Prepare invoices
and purchase requests while maintaining compliance with
organizational standards. • Conduct detailed calculations to
support supply chain decision-making. • Monitor supply chain
performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. •
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address
logistical challenges. • Support the implementation of global
supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency. • Ensure adherence
to company policies and industry regulations within all supply
chain processes. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain
logistics or management. • Strong analytical skills with the
ability to perform complex calculations. • Familiarity with
inventory management and warehouse operations. • Proficiency in
utilizing technology and supply chain tools. • Knowledge of inbound
and outbound distribution processes. • Experience with invoicing
and purchase request procedures. • Ability to work collaboratively
within a team of 5 professionals. • Excellent organizational and
communication skills.
