Main responsibilities: - Primary role of this position is to
support account managers managing strategic accounts. - Managing
Appliance and Television service companies with regional and
national presence. - Offer consistent support to these servicers
ensuring end-user customer needs are fulfilled.
Responsibilities: • Analyzes performance of process activities,
identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise
charts, graphs, tables, or summaries. • Establishes standardized
methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity. •
Analytic/Report Skill – collect, analyze, and report critical
performance and KPI data. • Account Manager Support – assist
Account Manager managing accounts developing and implementing
action plans. • Ad-hoc support – escalations (accounting, warranty,
ticket, system), service marketing, and standalone reports. •
Communication – internal/external follow up on delegated tasks by
account managers. Attending internal/external meetings
Skills: • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work
independently or with minimal direction. • Excellent written,
presentation, and verbal communication skills.
