Position:

Jitjatjo is looking for energetic team members who are passionate about customer service.

Customer Fulfillment Associates are responsible for ensuring that customer's orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Successful Talent demonstrate a strong attention to detail, are highly organized, and customer service orientated.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Read and decipher purchase orders.
  • Locate and pick merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
  • Confirm merchandise information matches that of the purchase order.
  • Inspect the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
  • Pack the merchandise for delivery or collection.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Smartphone with a data plan
