Our delivery team packs and delivers orders to our hungry fans quickly and efficiently. Diners have lots of choices to order from, but our delivery team ensures they continue to order with Chopt because we continue to make the delivery experience Better.

Responsibilities:

Delivering individual and large group orders to our customers quickly and efficientlyEnsuring every delivery order is 100% accuratePerforming general cleaning duties and maintenance of the restaurant before, during and after the shift to include taking out the garbage, sweeping and moppingSpeaking with customers in a friendly and professional mannerDelivering all orders in a safe and careful mannerHandling cash and credit card receipts according to Chopt policies and proceduresBeing a team player and looking for ways to provide Better customer service

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to lift boxes and food trays up to 50 lbsAbility to read and communicate in basic English to customersMust understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocolsExperience delivering food in a high volume environment preferred but not requiredMust understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocolsStanding, stooping, kneeling, walking , wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shiftAbility to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shiftMust be able to perform duties that require standing and fast movement

Work Conditions/Hours:

Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidaysAll Chopt employees will be hired on a variable hour basis. Hours are scheduled based on performance and business necessities.Since deliveries take place outside of the restaurant, work conditions vary depending on weather from extreme heat to low temperatures and precipitation.We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
