Job Description Our client, a luxury consumer products company
is looking for a high level Customer Service Representative to join
their team. We are looking for people with 1-2 years experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced rapidly
changing environment Create and maintain customer contact databases
Maintain effective and supportive communication with the customers
Compose and respond to the customer email requests Respond and
resolve inbound customer telephone calls and voice mail messages
Create Sales Orders and provide customer Sales Order
Acknowledgement Ideal candidate will have: 1-2 years in a customer
service environment Demonstrated problem solving ability in a cross
functional environment Demonstrated task and time management
responsibility Strong organizational skills Experience with
