OverviewOur Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administration Manager. This position will play an integral role in supporting a variety of Sales and Marketing teams within the organization who rely heavily on digital marketing technology. Most critically, these include the marketing automation and customer resource management (CRM) platforms.This person will be the go-to resource for marketing automation and CRM strategy, reporting and direction, as well as acting as a key partner for designing lead flow, campaigns and future MarTech acquisitions and strategy.As a primary responsibility, you will oversee the configuration, customization, maintenance and day-to-day operations of the marketing automaton and CRM platforms. Managing a small team, this person will serve as resident expert for Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation, including all integrations with external data sources and supported services.ResponsibilitiesGuide the business toward the most efficient and effective MarTech strategies and architecture to support our GTM Help drive the organization toward a digitally enabled sales and marketing connection and evangelize the tools that Sharp provides for campaigns, marketing and marketing analytics Work with internal stakeholders to create and execute Salesforce configurations, reporting and strategies that support business priorities and initiatives Manage the Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot) along with maintaining sync with CRM and partner with Content Marketing on campaign structure and execution Manage solution provider for Channel Data Management (Model N) and related integration with CRM Manage Salesforce admin and build out team skill set and direction Provide internal training on CRM and marketing automation to help expand knowledge and skills across the organization Manage external Professional Services vendor for development projects that may require their expertise and resources Work with the IT teams other partners to manage data integrations with 3rd party data loader tool (Informatica Cloud)Qualifications5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator for organizations of 100+ users Certified Salesforce Administrator or higher Experienced with administering a Marketing Automation Platform. Pardot experience preferred. A history managing and growing employees. Demonstrable experience with using data flows and data loader tools (i.e. Informatica Cloud, Dataloader.io) Knowledge of Lightning Web Component development a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills to evangelize program and explain platform requirements Solid team leadership and ability to work with peer marketing organizations Works well under time constraints and pressure situations, in an organized, efficient manner
