Job Description:

Job description Laboratory Assistant for one of the world leader in consumer goods! Great opportunity to learn how products are developed and researched inside of a high tech lab. This is a contract role with the possibility of going permanent.
--- Responsible for the batching of lab samples and product testing (performance, stability, analytical, etc.).
--- Perform chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, prototypes and finished products.
--- Interpret test results and investigations.
--- Collect data needed for product registration with federal, state and other regulatory agencies.
--- Perform other assignments delegated by immediate supervisor.
--- Perform routine standardization and maintenance of lab equipment. Qualifications
--- BS Degree (chemistry, biology science related)
--- 0-6 months+ Lab experience
--- Possess a good technical background in Chemistry or equivalent of education and experience.
--- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety.
--- Experience in batching of formulations and routine lab testing.
--- Good computer skills (Word, Excel. Etc.).
