This is a full-time, remote position working collaboratively with colleagues across the US and Europe.

Who You Are:

A Chief of Staff will represent a key role on the leadership team. This individual will report to the CEO and interface with the executive team, support strategic initiatives and drive accountability for goals across the company. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a blend of strategic, operational, project management, and leadership skills. They have experience implementing EOS Traction (in the Integrator role). They enjoy solving complex problems, are highly collaborative, and operate with a strong bias toward action and results. They exercise exceptional discretion with confidential information.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 8-10 years of management consulting experience
  • Proven experience at a fast, high growth startup in a Chief of Staff or business operations leadership
  • Experience as an EOS Traction Integrator or Coach
  • 5+ years of project and change management expertise
  • Demonstrate analytical and logic skills with a focus problem solving frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Microsoft office/Gsuite skills
  • Willingness to travel to Montvale, NJ or other office locations as needed (estimating 6 times per year).
    Within Your First Month You'll:
    • Learn about S44, understand the business, and don't be afraid to ask questions
    • Meet the executive team
    • Establish how the CEO likes to work and communicate
    • Support existing EOS Traction Implementation
    • Prep for upcoming Quarterly Session
      Within 6 Months, You'll
      • Be running the operating rhythm of the business (Including Executive Team Meetings/L10s)
      • Begin executing and managing the EOS Traction Implementation as the "Integrator"
      • Own prioritization and execution of key company strategic initiatives by partnering with the executive team and internal functions
        Within Your First Year, You'll:
        • Establish EOS Traction as the operating system of the business
        • Own the operating cadence of the business from Annual Planning to Weekly Execution
        • Enhance the effectiveness of key meetings by setting effective agendas and driving high-quality content and output, including preparation and meeting follow-ups
        • Support the continuous development and drive the scorecard success metrics and KPIs. Monitor key metrics and flag areas of concern
        • Seek areas for improvement and innovation to make the overall business run more smoothly and drive growth
        • Assist with communications between and from the leadership to the wider team
        • Lead the preparation and development of all executive presentations, including but not limited to reviews, all hands meetings, internal and external speaking engagements, offsites, and events
