Market Support Representative Manufacturing Company Compensation Competitive Salary with Benefits. Description Market Support Representative will support sales/marketing, clients, scheduling and shipping and provide proactive flow to clients. Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of experience as Customer Support/Marketing Representative in Manufacturing Company.
• SAP Software experience required and required experience in Cost Accounting, Reporting and Variance Analysis.
• Strong experience of Manufacturing (ERP)Systems.
• Responsible for client relation at plant for assigned account and coordinate with Business Solutions Manager and respond to customer queries timely.
• Use local system for order confirmation, coordinate call-off orders, invoice and have client forecast.
• Management of client stock levels to make sure optimal stock position and have plans with clients to move aged materials and complete monthly sales forecast, follow-up trails, finished goods and manage client price list.
• Manage client claims in association with Quality department and give data to sales team.
• Provide support to other administrative work like filing reports or providing required documents to sales team. Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
