Job Description:

Our client is an established pharmaceutical company and is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $80k - $90k Based on experience Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Supervisor will manage QA Inspectors on all three shifts ensuring related QA documentation is completed correctly and accurately. Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Supervisor:

• Supervise and train quality inspectors, ensure proper site operation, and timely release of products
• Conduct investigations, author SOPs, ensure cGMP compliance, inspect finished goods, and review documents
• Provide quality support to businesses and customers
• Lead training, onboarding, and provide mentorship to employees
• Maintain quality assurance documentation and assist with external audits
• Assist or step in for the Quality Assurance Manager as needed
• Resolve any issues that arise with raw materials, finished goods, or packaging materials
• Work cross-functionally with other teams including R&D, Warehouse, and Human Resources Qualifications for the Quality Assurance Supervisor:
  • 4+ years of Quality Assurance (or related Quality Control) experience in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment preferably pharmaceutical or medical device
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR 211, QSR, ISO 9001:2000, non-conformance process, root cause analysis, investigations, cGMP, and CAPA
  • Should have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication and leadership skills Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related science is preferred Benefits:
