[Position]AR Specialist[About Our Client]Our client works to develop chemicals, high-tech materials and biotech products that contribute to safer, more pleasant, and healthier lives.(Whole Durable / Nondurable Goods, Mfg Unsupported Plastic Film/Sheet Foam Rubber Sheet, Cork and rubber sheet, Compressed fiber sheet,Metal inserted compressed fiber sheet, etc)[Job Summary]An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for collecting payments for a company using skills in project management, organization and communications to collect the payments from clients and customers.[Job Description]- Responsible for all accounts receivable functions- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed- Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system- Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information- Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process- Participate in the Credit Insurance- Participate in the Commercial Line of Credit- Other administrative tasks, as necessary, maybe requested[Qualifications]- Minimum GED or equivalent required / BA in Accounting or related degree highly preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel- Highly prefer Korean Bilingual[What's On Offer]- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (including family members)- Life Insurance- Disability Insurance- 401K- Average 10 paid Personal Time Off (PTO) days (depending on level and years with the company)- 12 paid holidays each year- Up to 5 days of Sick Leave- Birthday & Anniversary Gifts- Congratulations and Condolences Benefits- Meal (Lunch)- Travel Reimbursement (Business Travel)Powered by JazzHR
